Excellent and wonderful quality but see small Shui

Delivery to Moscow about 20 days. The cup is beautiful, made qualitatively. It smells like wood. Capacity 200-220 ml, because the cup has a very thick bottom-about 2 cm. The description corresponds to everything. And now about the bad. Unfortunately the seller packed only in a thin sheet of soft sponge, paper and package. The mug came with a chip, one strong Dent and about ten small dents without damaging the paint all over the surface. My offer to re-send the goods in a foam box did not lead to anything. The dispute about the return of money without the return of the goods was resolved in my favor very quickly. Without normal packaging to buy does not make sense. Seller, add foam box!!
